Mark Heinrich is the CEO of DPRA, succeeding Dennis O’Keefe who retired after many years with the company. Mark also serves as the Managing Partner of Oakleaf Software, Inc.

Mark’s Naval Service culminated as the 46th Chief of Supply Corps and the Commander of the Naval Supply Systems Command. 

For 30 months, Mark led the Navy’s Global Supply Chain Practice as the Navy Supply Corps and NAVSUP responded to fast paced and dynamic mission changes associated with short fuse deployments of ships, submarines, and aircraft. His Naval Service included four years at the Defense Logistics Agency. Two of the four years were spent as the Commander of DLA Aviation in Richmond, VA and two years as the DLA Chief Operating Officer (J3/J4).

 

Additionally, he also served as the Director, US Central Command Deployment & Distribution Operation Center in Kuwait, where he reported to both USTRANSCOM and USCENTCOM. In Kuwait, he led a diverse team – responsible for synchronizing strategic and multi-modal transportation resources in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, & the Middle East.

Mark previously led the Microsoft Cloud supply chain for over two years, responsible for supplying and sustaining the Azure cloud.  Mark has also been the President and CEO of Associated Aircraft, Manufacturing & Sales, Inc.  Finally, he has also been a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, LLC, where he led their Public Sector consulting practice.

He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (BS, ‘79) as well as the University of Kansas (MS ’89, MBA ’89). In 2012, he was inducted into the KU School of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering’s Hall of Fame. He also attended the Kellogg Executive Leadership Program.
