How can we move the equivalent of a U.S. city to a remote foreign location in 30 days? Commercial and military customers use DPRA’s Deployment Planning Systems to visually develop detailed plans. Our system allows customers to perform transportation and logistics feasibility analyses for selecting the best course of action.
Deployment Plan Development
DPRA’s Map-based Adaptive Planning Course-of-Action (COA) Analysis Tool (MAPCAT) is designed to reduce the cycle by half for developing large scale deployment plans. Featuring a map-based interface, DPRA provides the best automated tools for constructing detailed deployment plans. These tools were developed for the specific needs of planners.
DPRA’s tools are capable of evaluating the most difficult transportation analysis problems. DPRA’s Joint Flow and Analysis System for Transportation (JFAST) determines whether deployment timelines can be met based on hundreds of interacting constraints within the global transportation infrastructure. JFAST is the Department of Defense’s system of record for transportation feasibility analysis.
Effective logistics systems potentially save millions of dollars in shipping costs and operating expenses. Developed for the U.S. Navy, DPRA’s Transportation Exploitation Tool (TET) system has already delivered over $20 million in documented cost savings.
Sustainment, a crucial and integral part of any deployment, provides all of the materials and supplies necessary to support the planned operation–and it never stops until everyone’s home. DPRA has developed multiple sustainment support tools that automate the process of determining and shipping sustainment supplies and materials.
