DPRA facilitated a workshop with representatives from NAN with the intent of identifying key issues concerning the organizational review of NAN and to reach agreement on the potential approaches to resolving those issues. DPRA enabled participants to establish clear directions around process and organizational issues such as how NAN should be reorganized and how the process of reorganization should be carried out. DPRA helped to focus discussions on what the organization was doing, and how and why it was carrying out its business.
