DPRA facilitated meetings with the Sahtu Dene on the group's organizational structure needs and governance issues. An examination of governance models was carried out in relation to how the Sahtu could be more effective and efficient in the implementation of the their land claim Agreement. DPRA staff facilitated sessions that aimed at clearly defining the roles/responsibilities and relationships of the players with the organization and the needs, objectives and priorities of the communities that the organization served.
