DPRA was retained by the Kashechewan First Nation to negotiate on their behalf with the Northern Store for the development of a new retail facility in the community. This work involved a thorough analysis of the retail needs in the community, particularly in light of the projections for growth and expansion of the Kaschechewan First Nation, and included a review of potential contribution to the communities' economic development initiatives. In addition, the work involved detailed negotiations with the Northern Store and various financial institutions, as well as the development of appropriate lease arrangements.
