DPRA was retained to manage the fact-finding component, as well as to provide mediation and facilitation services to the parties in an attempt to resolve a long standing environmental impact dispute. Peter Homenuck, Senior Partner at DPRA, acted as facilitator/mediator for the resolution of environmental impact liability claims. Dr. Homenuck was selected by GrassyNarrow First Nation and Ontario Hydro to work with the Joint Problem Solving Team to document and assess the impacts of past Hydro developments and to identify appropriate compensation mechanisms.
