Turtle Bayou Superfund Site, Texas. DPRA was retained by counsel to provide expert opinions as to cost allocation, which would apportion responsibility to parties whose waste was transported to Turtle Bayou, landowners and/or operators of the facility, and waste transporters. In the course of this examination, DPRA reviewed thousands of pages of environmental reports, regulatory correspondence, facility operational documents, interrogatories and responses, electronic data summarizing chemical test results at the facility, aerial photographs and deposition transcripts. DPRA was able to provide expert opinions as to the allocation of responsibility to the nine third party defendants. |
