Site Investigation and Remediation
DPRA performs site investigation and remediation on a wide spectrum of properties encompassing complex and highly-contaminated industrial sites to commercial, retail, and residential properties in urban and rural settings. Contaminants routinely encountered in the soil and groundwater include solvents, petroleum and other hydrocarbons, metals, PCBs, and perchlorate. On many projects, DPRA works closely with regulatory agencies to obtain workplan approvals, site closures, and other liability assurance letters as required by the parties involved in a property transaction. In most cases involving property development, timing is of utmost importance and quick turnaround is critical. We know the process, people, and technical requirements and we can effectively meet the project needs and schedules.
DPRA has the capability to address projects from early phases of contaminant identification, definition, and risk assessment to later phases of remedial investigation, site development, engineering design, contractor oversight, implementation of remedial actions, financial fund management, and final closure. DPRA works with our clients to improve financial performance by offering cost-effective solutions to remediation planning, design, and operation and by helping obtain appropriate reimbursement funding.
