CEPTER supports an end-to-end planning process linking  operations, specialist domains and movement within one plan. Planners group and prioritise forces in force modules in response to guidance, or modified to respond to changes in operational requirements.

Forces, munitions, casualty prediction, and sustainment are automatically calculated and flowed for analysis. Rapid sequencing of the priority of transportation flow results in a true dynamic and accurate movement plan phased over time. Automated reports, queries, presentations and editors allow the planner to respond quickly to the commander’s requirements.

CEPTER assists single service and joint commands in day-to-day operations, exercises, training, and immediate and deliberate planning.

With CEPTER, planning phases can overlap with parallel planning at all levels. Calculations and information sharing are automated for maximum efficiency.
