Description: 

Support the Pentagon's planning contract with J7.  Joint Operational War Plans Division (JOWPD).  Provide timely advice and technical support to the Division Chief JOWPD on the development and implementation of Adaptive Planning and use of CFAST in contingency, crisis, and exercise planning.
