The DPRA GSA Corporate Contract is a Federal Supply Schedule contract under which federal agencies can procure a broad range of services. Clients can order work directly against the contract with pricing based on an established schedule of labor category unit prices. GSA developed the contracts based on commercial pricing and procurement techniques to provide federal agencies with efficient and competitive access to providers' services.

DPRA can assist federal agencies in meeting their requirements to comply with environmental laws and regulations and meet requirements of executive orders dealing with wetlands, floodplains, farmland protection, environmental justice, and other environmental issues. Some of the laws affecting federal agency operations include:

  • National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)

  • Clean Water Act (CWA)

  • Endangered Species Act

  • Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)

  • Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)

  • Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act

  • National Historic Preservation Act

  • Clean Air Act (CAA)

  • Archeological and Historic Preservation Act

  • Pollution Prevention Act

  • Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)

  • Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)

DPRA can provide expert consulting support of federal agencies' needs across the full range of environmental laws, regulations, and issues. This can include planning and advisory services, compliance management, waste management analyses, training, and related data management and reporting support. DPRA training courses can utilize conventional or computer-based interactive methods, can be customized to the client's needs, and can be conducted on- or off-site.
