DPRA 's scanning and image conversion capabilities enable storage and retrieval of documents in a wide variety of formats for complete records management. Our systems can scan a quarter of a million pages of data a month and have scanned about 9 million pages to date.

We are currently storing 750 gigabytes of imaging data on hard drives and we are nowhere near full capacity; our hard drives are capable of storing 6 terabytes of data.

DPRA deploys an arsenal of imaging equipment to meet all our clients needs:

• 3 Canon DR5080C scanners
• 3 Fujitsu FI-4750 scanners: color and grayscale up to 11X17; duplex flatbed scanning; 80-90 pages per minute
• Captiva InputAccel scanning system; transforms hard copy into electronic searchable media
• Capitva RetrievalWare: full text search and retrieval capability; boolean, pattern, cand concept searches
• Xerox large format scanner and printing system: synergix 8850 scanner/printer; color and grayscale up to E-size
• Vidar large format color scanner: color and grayscale up to E-size maps and drawings
