3. Turnaround time. Our turn-around time is measured in weeks, not months. We operate on a year round business calendar and perform rush analysis for a surcharge.

4. Customer Service. Sample receiving is open Monday through Saturday. Client services can respond to your questions and advise on analytical needs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM (PST).

5. Experience. Our staff includes several senior Ph.D.’s with long, successful histories in stable isotope analysis and data interpretation. Our lab, started in 1980, is in the capable hands of a director with over a decade of active experience.

6. Competitive Pricing. We can deliver high volume stable isotope analysis at very competitive prices. Our technology includes a state-of-the-art fully automated Continuous Flow Stable Isotope Mass Spectrometer from GV Instruments (formerly Micromass) with an elemental analyzer and preparative gas chromatograph for compound specific analysis.

7. Specialized Sample Prep. We have two vacuum lines to handcraft specialized sample prep that cannot be performed on automated equipment. Try us for faster Carbon 14 prep and speed up turnaround time for accelerator mass spectrometer analysis.
