DPRA is producing technology that enables military leaders to plan all aspects of a campaign. Planners will have a set of tools that allow Reception Staging Onward-Movement and Integration (RSOI), personnel, and logistics planning to include ammunition and fuel.

All of these functions will be integrated across the services participating in a joint task force. Information sharing is a critical aspect of DPRA’s Adaptive Planning process, leading to streamlined Operations Plan (OPLAN) and Force Flow Data (FFD) development. FFD analysis is conducted in terms of closure of combat power, insuring plans reflect accomplishment of the national command authority objectives.
